We've brewed this IPA to showcase our hand selected 2026 crop Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops. Grown at 41°17'31.5"S 173°00'31.8"E, in the clay rich loam of the field that runs alongside Sunset Valley Road, it was harvested at the end of March after a growing season filled with 1087 hours of sunshine. It sings with sweet tropical, pink grapefruit and dank herbal aromatics.
