🚚 NATIONAL NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

Free next working day delivery on orders over £75.

Orders under £75 are charged a flat rate £8.50 delivery fee.

Order by 2pm (Mon–Thurs) for same day dispatch.

Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following working day.

Sorry! We don’t currently ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Europe, or internationally.

🚲 LOCAL SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer free same-day local delivery for customers in East Sheen, Barnes, Mortlake, Putney, Richmond, Chiswick and Twickenham on orders over £50.

Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate £5.99 fee.

Deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partner Stuart, and most orders arrive within 30–60 minutes of being confirmed (during our opening hours).

Available Monday – Sunday during shop hours. Orders placed close to and after closing time will be delivered the following day.

🛍️ CLICK & COLLECT

Prefer to pick up in person? Just choose "local pickup" at checkout. We'll have your order packed and ready for collection during opening hours — usually right away! Please bring proof of purchase when you come in.

💸 REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

As we also run a physical shop, occasionally an item might show as available when it’s not — we’re only human! If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we’ll ship the rest of your order and refund the missing item.

Refunds are only issued for brewery recalls.

We can’t offer refunds for courier issues — all orders are packed carefully and leave us in perfect condition. If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please contact our courier partners APC Overnight.

📦 PACKAGING

We’re doing our bit for the planet by reusing packaging from our own deliveries — it’s better for the environment and helps reduce waste. So if your order arrives in a box with a brewery or wine producer’s logo, now you know why! Rest assured, we only use high-quality, undamaged, double-walled boxes to protect your goodies.
