We had Masa visit us from Japan a few weeks back to brew an in-person follow-up to our Digital Age collab Kaikoma from last year. Through Citra, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin, we have flooded this DIPA with notes of grapefruit, passionfruit, lemongrass and lime, mowed lawns and ice cold white wine.
