An Imperial Stout with Nicagaquan Coffee from Samples Coffee. This one is more of a straightforward Coffee Stout rather than a full-on Pastry Stout. Together with Samples Coffee, we selected a beautiful blend from Nicaragua. We roasted Caturra and Marsellesa beans to a medium level, bringing out notes of cocoa and subtle dark fruit. The result is big and bold, but not an overly sweet Coffee Imperial Stout.
