Grapes. Crushed. The crush is the period just after the grapes are harvested. The fruit gets pressed, and the juice is made into the good stuff. WINE. Peach, pears and white flowers give it a unique personality you're going to get along with. Full, Smooth and Fresh. France / Languedoc. 50% Viognier, 50% Chardonnay. 12.5 % Abv. Clay and limestone. We pick our grapes, remove all the stems, and slowly crush with skin contact. Under controlled temperature we press and ferment to create our wine.
