- CUT OFF FOR NEXT DAY LONDON DELIVERY IS 12PM MON-FRI. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM ON FRIDAY WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ON SATURDAY FOR DELIVERY ON MONDAY. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM ON SATURDAY WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ON MONDAY FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY (EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS).

- WE OFFER NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY AS STANDARD VIA OUR COURIER PARTNER APC. SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £60. ALL ORDERS UNDER £60 WILL INCUR A £8.50 SHIPPING FEE.
- CUT OFF FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS 2PM MON-THURS. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2PM ON THURSDAY WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ON FRIDAY FOR DELIVERY ON MONDAY (EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS).
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, EUROPE OR INTERNATIONALLY.

- WE OFFER A CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE IN THE SHOP. CHOOSE LOCAL PICK-UP AT CHECK-OUT AND WE WILL PACK YOUR ORDER FOR COLLECTION. ALL COLLECTIONS ARE USUALLY AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY, BUT GIVE US AN HOUR JUST IN CASE WE ARE BUSY! YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO COLLECT.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:
- EVERY SO OFTEN A PRODUCT MAY SLIP THROUGH THE NET AND IT MAY BE AVAILABLE ONLINE AND PHYSICALLY OUT OF STOCK. WE TRY OUR BEST TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING BUT ON THE RARE OCCASSIONS IT DOES WE WILL CONTACT YOU BEFORE SHIPPING TO OFFER YOU A REPLACEMENT ITEM. SHOULD WE NOT HEAR ANYTHING BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS WE WILL SEND OUT THE ORDER EXCLUDING THE ITEM IN QUESTION AND REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE.
- WE OFFER REFUNDS ON DAMAGED ITEMS AND PRODUCER RECALLS ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON COURIER RELATED ISSUES.
- SHOULD YOUR PACKAGE BE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT PLEASE EMAIL US WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS WITH IMAGES OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGING AND PRODUCTS. PLEASE BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE AND PROVIDE AS MANY PICTURES AS YOU CAN TO ASSIST US IN OUR ENQUIRIES WITH THE COURIERS.
- FOR ANY PRODUCT RECALLS WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF A THE RECALL AND ADVISE YOU OF HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE ITEM IN QUESTION (AS PER THE GUIDELINES WE RECEIVE). WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY ISSUE YOU WITH A REFUND FOR THE PRODUCTS IN QUESTION.
