There's a bounty of white peach & lychee in this lot of Nelson, courtesy of Pikimai Hops, which pairs excellently with the ripe strawberry & intoxicating herbaceous character of Strata Cryo. All this sits atop Heidelberg malt & jumbo rolled oats, creating a light texture & smooth finish.
