Unfiltered following a historical model – for a truly special aroma. Like the regular Helles Schlenkerla Lager, this unfiltered special edition is brewed in the same kettles and fermented with the same yeast as the classic Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier. This gives it a pleasantly mild smoky aroma. Unlike the standard lager, it is not filtered. The yeast remains in the beer, and with its fresh, smoky character, creates an especially full-bodied flavour. A unique delight – not just for lovers of smoked beer.
